The following pages will guide you through some basic steps to get your student pre-registered in University Place School District.

Soon you will be directed to our student information system, Skyward, to enroll your student. You will need to complete 5 steps for each student pre-registering. Each step must be checked complete in order to submit the registration. Be sure to read the on-screen instructions!

Additional Registration Documents - Some student's may need to submit additional documents to their new school. 

• Physician's Orders for Medication at School Form* - optional 
• For students in grades 5 - 12, prior school report card or transcript 

Once your pre-registration is complete, (this includes the required documents) please contact your neighborhood school. This is required before your child may start school.  

*This may require a meeting with the school nurse.
