All regular meetings of the University Place Board of Directors are recorded for viewing by citizens who are unable to attend the meeting. Recordings are posted to the website as soon as possible following the conclusion of the meeting.  Recordings are kept online for one full calendar year.  Regular meetings occur once per month and are defined as meetings where action is taken. Other meetings, such as work sessions, board professional development, and board retreats are not recorded, but the public is welcome to attend.  No action is taken at these meetings. All meetings of the board of directors comply with state law and the Open Public Meetings Act.
