In-District Transfers
UPSD residents who would like their child to attend a school other than their “home” school based on your address, may request a different school by completing an In-District Transfer form. Please follow the appropriate process below:
NEW In-District transfer requests:
- If not already enrolled, please complete and submit the online registration process, including all required documents to your “home” school.
- Complete the In-District Transfer request form (below).
- Submit the form to your assigned “home” school to initiate the process.
CURRENT UPSD students who have recently moved and would like to stay at their current school:
- Complete the In-District Transfer request form (below).
- Submit the form to your current school.
RENEWAL of In-District transfer:
- Complete the In-District Transfer request form (below).
- Submit the form to your current school.
During the summer months when the schools are closed, forms may be submitted to the district office to initiate the request.
