In-District Transfers

UPSD residents who would like their child to attend a school other than their “home” school based on your address, may request a different school by completing an In-District Transfer form. Please follow the appropriate process below:

NEW In-District transfer requests:

  1. If not already enrolled, please complete and submit the online registration process, including all required documents to your “home” school.
  2. Complete the In-District Transfer request form (below).
  3. Submit the form to your assigned “home” school to initiate the process.

CURRENT UPSD students who have recently moved and would like to stay at their current school:

  1. Complete the In-District Transfer request form (below).
  2. Submit the form to your current school.

RENEWAL of In-District transfer:

  1. Complete the In-District Transfer request form (below).
  2. Submit the form to your current school.

During the summer months when the schools are closed, forms may be submitted to the district office to initiate the request.
