Interlocal & Cooperative Purchasing Agreements

Like all school districts in Washington State, University Place School District can enter into agreements with other organizations and businesses to lower the costs of buying necessary goods and services under RCW 39.34 Interlocal Cooperation Act.

The use of these agreements also conserves district resources associated with soliciting bids, advertising costs, administrative time, and other items helping to ensure the district is maximizing use of public resources.
