Board Meeting Public Comment

Public comment may be given either in-person at a regularly scheduled Board meeting or by submitting written comments prior to the meeting. Please send written comments to the district office in person or by email to  Include your name and address. Comments longer than 500 words or comments submitted anonymously will be given to the board, but not read aloud in the meeting.  All other comments will be read aloud in the meeting during the scheduled public comment time period. Comments submitted after 4 PM on the day of the meeting will be shared at the next regular meeting.

Those making in-person comments at the meeting will be asked to sign-in, state their name, and limit comments to three minutes.
