WELCOME BACK VIKS!!!

Dear Athletes, Parents and Guardians,

My name is Suzanne Vick and I am starting my 6th year as the Athletic Director serving the University Place School District. Students involved in extracurricular activities are more engaged in school, have higher GPAs and learn skills like discipline, teamwork and resilience.  It is my hope you will encourage your child to be a part of at least one of our 26 sport offerings at Curtis High School in the 2023-2024 school year. 

I have included a document with each head coach’s email address and google classroom code HERE. If you have further questions please reach out to the specific head coach of the program you are interested in.

REGISTRATION OPENS AUGUST 1, 2023 - NEW PROCESS - FINALFORMS

We are very excited to announce that the University Place Schools Athletic Department has partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign athletic participation forms for your students. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time.  You may review your data at any time to verify it is current. You will be required to sign your forms once per year and after any update.

ONLINE ATHLETIC REGISTRATION - YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 1ST with the link to register, along with a Parent Playbook to get started in FinalForms. ALL parents and athletes will be required to use FinalForms.  

In addition, all athletes will need to have a current physical, clear all fines and purchase an ASB.

TRANSFER STUDENTS - If you have transferred to the University Place School District in the past 365 days please email Suzanne Vick at svick@upsd83.org so we can start the eligibility process.

AUGUST 25, 2023 - UP COMMUNITY KICKOFF - MEET THE VIKS

Practices are open to the community.  Come meet the VIKS and then join us for a community gathering before the football jamboree. 

NEW ONLINE TICKETING OPTION - GO FAN

We are excited to offer Go Fan as our Online Ticketing Option.  We will still have a cash option at all our athletic events.

NOVEMBER 20, 2023 AT 4:45 AND MAY 13, 2024 AT 6:00PM - NATIONAL LETTER OF INTENT SIGNING DAYS

We will again be offering two signing opportunities for senior athletes that have made a decision to play their sport of choice at the next level.
